Schools are BACK in session - Helpful Tips! |
• Slow down and be especially alert in residential neighborhoods and school zones. • Take extra time to look for kids at intersections, on medians and on curbs. • Enter and exit driveways and alleys slowly and carefully. • Watch for children on and near the road in the morning and after school hours. • Reduce any distractions inside your car so you can concentrate on the road and your surroundings. Put down your phone and don't talk or text while driving. • Children should cross the street with an adult until they are at least 10 years old. • Cross the street at corners, using traffic signals and crosswalks. • Never run out into the streets or cross in between parked cars. • Make sure children always walk in front of the bus where the driver can see them.

Atlanta Athletic Club - What a Great Event - August 2011 |
The Atlanta Athletic Club is truly remarkable in it's easy access and in the amenities it has to offer. This month - the World was watching it's beauty on TV daily as we saw the great shots of the aerial photography, the close-ups of this well manicured place and we saw how Johns Creek, GA prepared for the most outstanding event ever for the PGA 93rd Championship. Thank you to the Atlanta Athletic Club for the best organized event!

PGA 93rd Championship Was AWESOME! |
The WORLD was watching Johns Creek, GA from 8/8 - 8/14/11 and was amazed at the incredible city they have seen. Photos from the helicopters showed the entire Atlanta Athletic Club which looked like something out of the movies! Over 40,000 people per day visited the PGA Tournament and yet streets were easily traveled, buses were very organized and the entire event with smoothly.
Great planning on the PGA leadership, on all the volunteers and the city of Johns Creek leadership. Congratulations to everyone that was involved - this truly was a spectacular event.
